In fact, when the florist calls you an hour later, chances are you’ll already start forgetting what you covered with the photographer. Color coding might seem a bit extra, but it really is a great way to keep your wedding planning organized. By using a color–coding system in your wedding planner with one color for each vendor, you can easily see what the week ahead, who you’re meeting with, what deposits are due, and what follow-up emails need to be sent.
